Welkin
The skies above Na Pali are populated by the Nali, an indigenous race to
Na Pali who seek balance with their environment, their Gods, and themselves.
Great builders and weavers of worlds, the Nali create structures that both
adhere to the rigorous laws of physics, as well as sometimes creating structures
that seem to defy the very rules of logic. One such arena that fits the latter
description is simply known as "Looking Skyward". Floating many miles above
the surface of Na Pali itself, this small city was built by the Nali for meditative
purposes, and was then acquired by Liandri through suspicious means.
