Sordid Lock
Once a strategic sattelite employed by the Skaarj, Sordid Lock now sits
empty and functionless. Hanging wires, rusted catwalks, and halogen lights
illuminate the battlefield, and low gravity provides an added challenge to
those who fight amongst it's ruined catwalks. A series of teleporters was
added to facilitate movement, and this continues to be one of Liandri's favorite
arenas for InstaGib matches. Originally set adrift by the Skaarj in an isolated
area of the solar system, it was towed back to a location closer to the Earth,
so that the silhouette of the blue planet could be seen not only by the combatants,
but also by the masses who watched them.
