Redeeming Qualities
Xan Kriegor, the reigning champion of Deathmatch, constructed several temples
and practicing arenas specifically for training himself, as well as his Deathmatch
robots before being challenged by competitors vying for his position at the
top of the
tournament ladder. This arena functions as one such training site. While Xan
Kriegor regains all ownership rights, he leases it Liandri for use as promotional
gimmicks to attract more viewers. Fans of the sport of Deathmatch appreciate
this level, for its
furious vertical combat, sniping, and teleporters, that guarantee a constant
attack, from every side, and every angle.
